User Interface Design
Our artistic, innovative, user-friendly touch panels are designed in-house. Choose from our appealing selection of existing templates โ or ask our experienced graphics team to create a custom interface especially for you.
Programming
Our certified programmers share a wealth of experience in the AV industry. We've developed a modular programming approach that allows every team member to work on any project. This means faster response times, greater efficiency โ and time and money savings for our Clients.
Our strong background in emerging technologies and web-based languages allows us to better support your needs by incorporating applications not commonly available on the market.
Testing
Control system code is tested in-house before installation to minimize onsite time.
Documentation
Written functional system overviews referenced by screen shot illustrations are provided upon request. For very complex systems, the program will be documented with logic and system flow diagrams along with written descriptions.
You may also login, watch your project's progress, and review and comment on screen shots of your touch panels throughout the development cycle. We offer direct pdf export so that integrators can also keep their Clients up to speed.
Service and Support
Our remote monitoring services enable us to detect issues like reboots, errors and dropped communication before the end user encounters the problem. Appropriate response measures are promptly initiated, saving our Clients the inconvenience and downtime they would otherwise experience.

Priority Scheduling
Enterprise and Business Clients qualify for two-week and three-week (respectively) lead time Priority Scheduling
Lead Times
Lead times are based upon our Company's current work load and other qualifying factors such as Client status (Enterprise, Business, Standard).
Support Response
Requests for support are generally answered and resolved within 24 hours, Enterprise clients being given the highest priority, followed by Business Clients. While we make every effort to respond as quickly as possible, there are rare occasions on which a Client may experience a short delay due to our team's workload.
Project Dashboard
Every Client is assigned a login with which they can access a real-time "dashboard" review of their project. Follow your progress toward completion, see milestones and review screen shots of your touch panel(s). You'll also be able to track hours and pay invoices.
Dedicated UI Templates
Custom templates designed per your specifications may be used on multiple projects. This can represent considerable savings over time.
Annual Contract Hours
Each level of service is calculated using 12 consecutive months of contracted hours.
